New Orleans roots · Events anywhere
Events built to hold.
Moments people talk about.
Festivals, galas, fundraisers, weddings and retreats — planned by Sienna Newton — a 27-year Air Force and Air National Guard senior enlisted leader who asks the hard questions early, knows exactly who to call, and stays calm when something goes sideways.

Why “Riveting”
Riveting, two ways.
Rivets bind things together and make them strong. Sienna was an aircraft mechanic — and her grandmother was a real-life Rosie the Riveter, building aircraft in Oklahoma. Every RMG event is built the same way: solid, secure, nothing left loose.
And riveting means spectacular. The event people are still talking about next year — the one they want to come back to.
What we do
Bigger or small — let’s go.

Festivals & concerts
Operations, credentialing, crowd flow and the hundred details between the gate and the stage.

Galas & fundraisers
Events with a purpose — and a plan to actually raise the money.

Weddings & day-of coordination
You enjoy the day. We handle the forgotten ring and the missing music.

Retreats & destination experiences
Peaceful, exotic, unforgettable — three to four a year and growing.

Corporate events & leadership workshops
Briefings that start with where the exits are — and end with people engaged.

Private & celebrity events
Trusted by athletes, entertainers and the people who host them.

Safety & security planning
Weather contingency, credentials, exits, law-enforcement coordination — asked early.

Event consulting
Bring your idea. Leave with a plan, the right people, and a contingency.
Why people call Sienna
Some people freeze. We pivot.
- ⚜
We ask the hard questions early
Weather, security posture, credentials, exits, the forgotten detail. Asked before the event — not during it.
- ⚜
Comfortable in chaos
27 years in the Air Force and Air National Guard — including a deployment as First Sergeant — taught us to improvise, stay calm and keep the show moving.
- ⚜
We know who's in the room
Sienna remembers who's who — and makes the introduction that turns a guest into a partner.
- ⚜
Proven where it counts
13+ years of New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival operations, Bayou Country Superfest, Essence Fest credentials.
The RMG philosophy
“Before you bring the battering ram — check the doorknob.”
Sometimes the answer is simpler than everyone thinks. And sometimes the obvious isn't obvious until someone says it out loud. We're the ones who say it — before it costs you.

Check the Doorknob: the Event Readiness Field Guide.
About 45 questions Sienna asks before every event — weather, security posture, credentials, exits, the day-of kit and the after-action review. Work through it with your team and walk in knowing the plan holds.

Nobody knew. That’s the point.

A prom for kids fighting cancer
The Unforgettable Prom
Some teenagers miss their prom to chemotherapy. Some can't afford it. Some are embarrassed because they've lost their hair. The Unforgettable Prom gave them the night anyway.

A VIP flag-football game for the troops
Show me a ticket, buy a ticket, or show me credentials
Politicians on both sides of the aisle, a closed stadium, and a very large man who insisted on walking in. Sienna gave him three options and didn't move until he chose one.

Day-of coordination
The rings were at the rental
On the wedding day the groom realized the rings were back at the short-term rental. One panicked phone call, a daisy chain of favors, and the rings arrived in time. Not a single guest knew.
Who we work with
From a museum air show to a kid’s first prom.
A national museum's air show. A country music festival. A cancer survivor's gala. An NFL player's fundraiser. Small business owners — and celebrities who just want to run an idea past someone who gets it done.
What lights us up is the intent behind the event: a cause, a community, a reason people came. If yours has one, we want to hear it.

Questions
Good questions, straight answers.
What does Riveting Management Group do?+
Riveting Management Group plans, produces and runs events — festivals and concerts, galas and fundraisers, weddings and day-of coordination, retreats, corporate workshops, private and celebrity events — and consults on safety and security planning.
Who leads Riveting Management Group?+
RMG is led by Sienna M. Newton, a Senior Master Sergeant with 27 years in the U.S. Air Force and Air National Guard — jet-engine technician, aircraft production controller, deployed First Sergeant and national trainer — with 13-plus years in New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival operations and experience at Bayou Country Superfest and Essence Fest.
Why is it called Riveting Management Group?+
Rivets bind things together and make them strong — Sienna was an aircraft mechanic, and her grandmother was a real-life Rosie the Riveter building aircraft in Oklahoma. And "riveting" means spectacular: an event people talk about long after it ends.
Can you just do day-of coordination for my wedding?+
Yes. We take your timeline and run the day, so you can enjoy it. When something goes wrong — a forgotten ring, missing music — we fix it quietly, and your guests never know.
Do you provide security?+
We plan for it. Sienna is not a security company, but she makes sure your event has the right security partners, credential plan, weather contingency, emergency exits and coordination with law enforcement and the fire marshal — asked early, documented and rehearsed.
What size events do you handle?+
From intimate dinners and retreats to festivals with tens of thousands of attendees. Clients have ranged from small business owners to a national museum, professional athletes and festival producers.
Whatever it is you want to do
Let’s make it happen.
Tell us what you're dreaming up and the purpose behind it. Sienna's team will reach out to talk it through.
